Is shipping free?

We offer free shipping depending on the order value and country. This is measured as follows:

- Within Switzerland for orders over 30 €.
- EU countries for orders over 30 €.
- European countries outside the EU for orders over 75 €.
- USA and Canada for orders from 175.

What are the shipping costs?

Within Switzerland and EU countries free of charge with an order value from 30 €, otherwise 6 €.

For orders from European countries outside the EU free of charge with an order value from 75 €, otherwise 15 €.

For orders from the USA and Canada free of charge with an order value from 175 €, otherwise 15 €.

Which countries will be delivered?

We deliver to all European countries as well as USA and Canada.

Are all taxes and fees included in the prices?

All orders to Europe (including countries outside the EU) are sent on the basis of DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that our prices include all taxes and duties and there are no further costs for you.

Additional country-specific import and customs fees may apply for orders to the U.S. and Canada. These must then be paid by you.

How long does shipping take?

We make every effort to process your order as soon as possible. As a rule, you can expect 3-4 working days until your order arrives.

Can I cancel an order?

Are ananné products cruelty-free?

All ananné products are cruelty-free. This is confirmed to us by the animal rights organization PeTA. Therefore, our products bear the PeTA cruelty-free seal.

Are ananné products vegan?

All ananné products are vegan. This means that we do not use any animal ingredients such as honey, beeswax or carmine in our products. Therefore, our products bear the flower seal of the Vegan Society.

Are ananné products halal?

All ananné products are halal and confirmed by the Halal Quality Control. This means that according to Muslim faithall our products may be consumed because they are based on the standard of Sharia. They containno animal substances and are free of alcohol, silicones, paraffins, gelatin and glycerin, collagen and synthetic fragrances.

Is ananné natural cosmetics?

Our natural active ingredient cosmetics comply with the guidelines of natural cosmetics and are therefore with the international natural cosmetics seal NATRUE marked.

Why do you talk about active ingredient cosmetics and not about natural cosmetics?

There are ingredients such as alcohol (ethanol) that are allowed in natural cosmetics, but are not good for the skin. Therefore, the natural cosmetics certification is just another claim for us that we meet, just like being vegan or halal.

What do you mean by clean beauty?

With Clean Beauty we combine the various certifications. It stands for transparency and our quality standards. What we do, we do 100%. Our products all meet the same standard, without exception. And the focus is always on the skin.

Do ananné products contain microplastics?

ananné products contain neither plastic particles nor so-called liquid plastic such as acrylates, which is often used as a thickener in cosmetics. Therefore, our products are provided with the seal Zero Plastic Inside, which is awarded by the initiative Beat the Microbead.

What is the shelf life of ananné products?

ananné products have a shelf life of 30 months when unopened. The recommended maximum period of use after opening is noted in the form of an opened crucible on each product. The indication 12M in the jar means that the quality of the product can be guaranteed for 12 months after opening.

Are the products and packaging recyclable?

Yes, most of our products are intentionally made of glass, as this can be disposed of and recycled through used glass collection systems. When your jar is empty, separate the plastic lid and the plastic inlay from the glass body, and dispose of both separately in the appropriate systems. In Germany, for example, the plastic parts of the packaging can be disposed in the plastic recycling system via the yellow bag or the yellow garbage can. The paper packaging can be disposed in the waste paper and recycled.

Why do the products not contain a package leaflet?

In the interests of the environment, we have deliberately dispensed with product information in paper form. On each of our product packages you will find a QR code. You can scan it to get more information about the respective product.

What is the advantage of an airless dispenser?

These pumping containers are the cleanest and safest packaging for a cosmetic product. Because they prevent the penetration of air and thus also of germs. This in turn makes it possible to dispense with preservatives or at least reduce them. In addition, this system allows you to empty the container very well, so that you can really use up your ananné product to the last rest.

What does the name ananné mean?

Our name «ananné» stands for «ana-néosis», which in Greek means regeneration and rejuvenation. We found the name appropriate, as the daily regeneration of our body is basically a miracle and anything but self-evident. Our mission is to help the body with this.

Our products are developed and manufactured exclusively in Switzerland.

For which skin type are the products suitable?

Our products are basically suitable for all skin types.

How often should you use a scrub?

Our skin renews itself approximately every 28 days. During this time, the skin cells migrate from the dermis to the surface, where they ultimately die. To remove them, you should use a scrub once a week, but at least every 14 days.

What distinguishes a facial oil from a facial serum?

Serene are mostly formulated from water to penetrate through their small molecules into deeper layers of the skin, while facial oils are usually made up of larger molecules and moisturize the skin. At ananné we use high-quality oils which, due to their low molecular weight structure, have the properties of sers even without the addition of water and therefore fall under the category of oil sers.

What is special about CO2 cold extraction?

For our oils, we rely on the gentle processing of the patented CO2 cold extraction. In this way, the oils obtained retain a maximum high quality with extreme bioavailability. The skin can absorb the active ingredients particularly effectively. Even the smallest amounts are sufficient to achieve an effect. This process also protects the environment, as it does not cause harmful emissions or water contamination and reduces consumption in the application.
