Is shipping free?

We offer free shipping depending on order value and country. This is measured as follows:

- Within Switzerland for orders over €30.
- EU countries for orders over €30.
- European countries outside the EU for orders over €75.
- USA and Canada for orders of 175 or more .

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Switzerland and EU countries free of charge with an order value of €30 or more, otherwise €6.

For orders from European countries outside the EU free of charge with an order value of 75 € or more, otherwise 15 €.

Free for orders from the USA and Canada with an order value of €175 or more, otherwise €15.

Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver to all European countries as well as USA and Canada.

Are all taxes and fees included in the prices?

All orders to Europe (including countries outside the EU) are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means our prices include all taxes and duties and there are no additional costs to you.

Additional country-specific import and customs fees may apply to orders to the USA and Canada. You then have to pay for them.

How long does delivery take?

We endeavor to process your order as quickly as possible. It usually takes 3-4 working days for your order to reach you.

Can I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at office@ananne.com. If your order has already been dispatched, you must return the items to us in their original condition - unused, unopened and in the original packaging - before we can issue a refund.

Are returns free?

Unless it is a return of faulty or damaged goods, the costs of the return are at your expense.

To pay for all orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. Payment can also be made via Apple Pay and PayPal. Payment in advance is also possible. For our Swiss customers, we also offer payment via TWINT. 

How do I get my bill?

In the interests of the environment, we do not issue paper invoices. With your order confirmation you will receive a link under which you can download your invoice. If you have overlooked this or deleted it, you can request a PDF file of your invoice from us at any time by email.

How can I pay in advance?

Are ananné Products not tested on animals?

All ananné Products are not tested on animals. This is told to us by the animal rights organization Map confirmed. That's why our products carry the Map cruelty-free seal.

Are ananné Products vegan?

All ananné Products are vegan. This means that we never use any animal ingredients such as honey, beeswax or carmine in our products. That is why our products bear the flower seal of the Vegan Society.

Are ananné products halal?

All ananné Products are halal. This is us from the Halal Quality Control confirmed. With that according to Muslim belief all our products can be consumed because they are based on the Sharia standard. they contain no animal substances and are free from alcohol, silicone, paraffins, gelatin, collagen and synthetic fragrances.

Is it about ananné about natural cosmetics? 

Our natural active ingredient cosmetics comply with the guidelines for natural cosmetics and are therefore certified with the international natural cosmetics seal NATRUE marked.

Why do you speak of active ingredient cosmetics and not of natural cosmetics?

There are ingredients such as alcohol (ethanol) that are permitted in natural cosmetics but are not good for the skin. Therefore, for us, the natural cosmetics certification is just another claim that we meet, just like being vegan or halal.

What do you mean by clean beauty?

With Clean Beauty we combine the various certifications. It stands for transparency and our quality standards. What we do, we do 100%. Our products all meet the same standard, without exception. And the focus is always on the skin.

Contain ananné Products Microplastics?

ananné products contain neither plastic particles nor so-called liquid plastics such as acrylates, which are often used as thickeners in cosmetics. Therefore, our products are provided with the Zero Plastic Inside seal, which is awarded by the initiative Beat the Microbead is awarded.

Used ananné Fragrances like Lilial?

Our products are hardly perfumed. We use some natural fragrances, for example to balance the smell of strong ingredients such as algae. Our products do not contain any allergy-triggering or questionable fragrances such as Lilial. 

How long are ananné products durable?

ananné products have a shelf life of 30 months when unopened. The recommended maximum period of use after opening is noted on each product in the form of an opened jar. The indication 12M in the jar means that the quality of the product can be guaranteed for 12 months after opening.

Are the products and packaging recyclable?

Yes. Most of our products are therefore deliberately made of glass, as this can be disposed of and recycled via waste glass collection systems. When your jar is empty, separate the plastic lid and inlay from the glass body and dispose of each separately in the appropriate systems. In Germany, the plastic parts of the packaging can be disposed of in the plastic recycling system, e.g. via the yellow sack or the yellow bin. The paper packaging can be disposed of with waste paper and recycled.

Why don't the products come with an instruction leaflet?

In the interests of the environment, we have deliberately dispensed with product information in paper form. You will find a QR code on each of our product packaging. You can scan this to get more information about the respective product.

What is the advantage of an airless dispenser?

These pump containers are the cleanest and safest packaging for a cosmetic product. Because they prevent the penetration of air and thus also of germs. This in turn means that preservatives can be dispensed with or at least reduced. In addition, this system allows the container to be emptied very well, so that you can ananné can really use up the last bit of the product.

What does the name mean ananné?

Our name «ananné» stands for «ana-néosis», which in Greek means regeneration and rejuvenation. We thought the name was appropriate, since the daily regeneration of our body is basically a miracle and anything but a matter of course. Our mission is to help him do that.

Where are the products produced?

Our products are exclusively developed and manufactured in Switzerland.

What skin type are the products suitable for?

Our products are basically suitable for all skin types. Due to the mild formulations, they are particularly suitable for sensitive, sensitive skin.

How often should you use an exfoliant?

Our skin renews itself approximately every 28 days. During this time, the skin cells migrate from the dermis to the surface, where they ultimately die. To remove them, you should exfoliate once a week, but at least every 14 days.

What is the difference between a face oil and a face serum?

Serums are mostly formulated from water to penetrate the deeper layers of the skin with their small molecules, while facial oils are usually made up of larger molecules and moisturize the skin. at ananné we use high-quality oils which, due to their low-molecular structure, have the properties of serums even without the addition of water and therefore fall under the category of oil serums.

What is special about CO2 cold extraction?

With our oils, we rely on the gentle processing of the patented CO2 cold extraction. In this way, the oils obtained retain maximum quality with extreme bioavailability. The skin can absorb the active ingredients particularly effectively. Even the smallest amounts are enough to achieve an effect. This process also protects the environment as it does not cause harmful emissions or water pollution and reduces consumption in the application.
