What knowledge is based on ananné ?

Healing with plants has fascinated me since I was a teenager. Later, when I worked in neuroimmunology research and dermatology, I realized that the integration of different scientific fields is the ideal starting point for the development of innovative skin care.

My main goals were to focus on ingredients that promote skin regeneration and can actually be absorbed at the right concentration.

This led to the development of ananné: "ana-neosis" is ancient Greek and can be translated as "rebirth" or "regeneration".

What is special about ananné ?

ananné Products support the skin's ability to achieve an optimal level of regeneration and maintain its own vitality.

A very important point is the work with active substances from plants. Wherever possible, we obtain them from certified wild collection. Our goal is to ensure our customers the best quality of plant extracts. We also want to raise awareness in the areas where these plants grow by respecting their natural habitat. We actively support sustainable procurement on a fair price basis. In this way we avoid further overexploitation and ultimately the destruction of nature. We owe this to the long-term development of a broad network and long-term cooperation with the local population, who share their natural resources with us. This is an ongoing process of development and a solid foundation for all of us to create a better world based on true values.

How is the well-being of the skin expressed?

Our products do more than just care: Our recipes contain several active ingredients from different plants and have been used in the countries of origin for healing and nutrition for centuries. You can feel and see it: the skin feels supported, nourished and its vitality strengthened. The attention we give to the skin turns into well-being: that's what we call it ananné Skin feeling.

How do customers react to the products?

As a doctor, I am often deeply touched when customers or patients express their gratitude to me after using our care products when their skin problems have been solved. Seeing improvement in skin texture after you've given up hope is a confirmation to me that I'm doing the right thing. It is enriching to hear that people can enjoy their skin again, feel their health and individual beauty.
Our skin is a sensory organ: the feeling that the skin is well cared for is a great resource for happiness and well-being. Or, as we say, care for: beautiful skin. Beautiful life.

How to support good skin care?

Sleep is an essential part of our lives, and yet we still don't really understand what that means. Sleep problems have a wide range of causes and can be positively influenced with numerous specific means such as meditation, mindfulness and "mental ecology".

Our most direct and powerful resource is our mind and the way we treat our body with nutrition, rhythm and what we face. As with skin care, I believe that the most sustainable and effective approaches will be based on a holistic understanding of the human being.

We will be rewarded for a deeper and broader perspective: improved sleep quality is most important to our recovery. It's an age-old wisdom that good rest during sleep is essential to an ingrained healthy lifestyle, and this has a direct impact on our beauty. Our experience of beauty is actually the perception of health translated into an aesthetic concept.

Is there a recipe for a restful sleep?

Our sleep is closely related to how we live the day. The most powerful factors for a rewarding sleep are a healthy and mindful lifestyle. If we consciously take time to think during the day, we are prepared not to carry too much "homework" into our sleep phase. Consciously clearing our minds before we go to sleep may seem like a banality, but it is crucial to restful sleep.
Another requirement is attention to our body. A minimum of healthy exercise can be achieved on so many levels that no one should have an excuse to neglect exercise.
Sleep is not the absence of activity during the day, but is best compared to a journey to a place of regeneration, recharging and relaxation. It is an activity that should be done with respect and care. Sleep should be the opposite of passive "doing nothing". It is a time to visit a beautiful inner place and celebrate the wonders of human existence and gratefully embrace the beneficial gift of sleep.
